Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma (PRINCE Trial, Nat Med. 2022) - iAtlas Harmonized
Summary
Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma (PRINCE Trial, Nat Med. 2022) - iAtlas Harmonized is a study catalogued by cBioPortal DataHub under the cancer-type code paad. EvidenceHelix groups it with pancreas studies.
Study description
Whole-exome sequencing and neoantigen landscape analysis of 93 metastatic pancreatic adenocarcinomas and their matched normals from a randomized phase 2 trial evaluating the efficacy of nivolumab and/or sotigalimab with gemcitabine/nab-paclitaxel (chemotherapy) as first-line therapy for metastatic pancreatic cancer. The reprocessing of raw sequencing data is coordinated by CRI iAtlas (https://cri-iatlas.org/).
