Account Deletion

Self-service deletion: authenticated users can delete their EvidenceHelix account from the workspace sidebar. The action requires confirmation and cannot be undone.

What deletion removes

Self-service deletion removes the active account and account-owned EvidenceHelix workspace records from the primary application database. Your current browser session is cleared after successful deletion.

What may remain temporarily

Limited copies may remain in protected backups until the normal backup lifecycle expires, or when preservation is reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.

Do not use public issue trackers

Never post passwords, health information, private research, or identity documents in a public GitHub issue or other public support channel.

V1 data reminder

EvidenceHelix v1 is not a personal health record and does not permit patient records, participant-level clinical data, PHI, or confidential sponsor/CRO material.
